Set up for property rules in Al Wakrah
Qatar's Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) regulates brokers, and foreign ownership is allowed only in designated areas listed in June 2026. RealMake records whether each Al Wakrah scheme falls in such an area, so sales advisors only offer units to eligible buyers. Qatar does not have VAT in force yet. The platform is ready to switch it on when introduced, and keeps invoices in a structured form because an approved e-invoicing law has no dates yet. Amounts are held in Qatari riyals, and support hours follow the Friday-Saturday weekend.
