One pipeline nationwide with Real Estate CRM in Qatar

Qatar is a compact market, but many property groups still run separate teams in Doha, Lusail, Al Rayyan and Al Khor. Each branch keeps its own lists, and head office pieces the numbers together by hand. RealMake puts every branch on one system. A lead from Property Finder Qatar for a unit on The Pearl goes to the right branch, while a walk-in in Al Wakrah is logged with the same fields. Because non-Qatari ownership is limited to designated areas, the unit list for each buyer shows only what they may own. Head office sees the whole country, and each branch manager sees their own team.

Shared tools for branches in every major city

Branch routing

Branch routing

Leads are sent to the branch that covers the project's city, from Al Khor in the north to Al Wakrah in the south.

National unit list

National unit list

Projects in all cities sit in one list, so an agent in Doha can offer a Lusail unit without phoning around.

Eligibility filter

Eligibility filter

Non-Qatari buyers only see projects in the designated areas, based on the list updated in June 2026.

Property Finder Qatar and Qatar Living leads arrive tagged by branch, project and listing.

Cross-branch deals

Cross-branch deals

When two branches work the same buyer, the deal records both teams and splits the credit fairly.

Aqarat licence numbers and renewal dates for every agent in every branch, held in one place.

Head office reports

Shared contacts

Head office and branches on the same numbers

Owners of property groups in Qatar often wait days for branch reports, then find that each one counts leads differently. RealMake fixes the definitions once. Every branch uses the same stages, so a booking in Lusail means the same thing as a booking in Doha. Head office can drill from the national total down to a single agent's deals, while branch managers only see their own team.

  • Same stages and definitions in every branch
  • Drill from national totals to single deals
  • Branch managers limited to their teams
  • Weekly branch comparison sent by email

Rolling out RealMake across Qatar

Branch by branch, with head office set up first

Head office

We agree stages, reports and permissions with head office before any branch moves.

Pilot branch

One branch, often Doha, goes live first so the setup is tested on real deals.

Branch waves

Lusail, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah and Al Khor teams follow in planned waves.

Training

Consultants train each branch in English, in person or online as agreed.

Group go-live

Once all branches are live, head office switches to RealMake reports only.

Support

Remote support from Bengaluru covers all branches during overlapping hours.

Built for real estate in Qatar

Across Qatar, brokers are regulated by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat), so RealMake keeps licence details for every agent in every branch. Non-Qatari ownership is allowed only in designated areas, a list of ten updated in June 2026 that includes Lusail, The Pearl and West Bay, and the unit filter follows it. A one-stop service centre in Lusail serves non-Qatari buyers. There is no VAT law in force yet, and the VAT option in RealMake stays off until the country adopts one. An e-invoicing law has been approved without dates.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can each branch in Qatar see only its own leads?

Yes. Permissions are set by branch, so a manager in Al Khor sees their team's leads and deals, while head office sees all branches together.

How are leads split between branches?

Routing rules use the project's city, the buyer's preferred area or the listing source. A lead for a Lusail project goes to the Lusail team unless you set a different rule.

Which areas can non-Qatari buyers purchase in?

Non-Qatari ownership is allowed only in designated areas. The list of ten was updated in June 2026 and includes Lusail, The Pearl and West Bay. RealMake lets you update the list when it changes.

What happens when two branches deal with the same buyer?

RealMake keeps one contact record, so both branches see the history. If both contribute to a deal, credit can be split between the agents.

Can head office compare branches each week?

Yes. A weekly report compares leads, viewings, reservations and bookings for each branch and can be emailed to directors automatically.

Is the property CRM ready for e-invoicing in Qatar?

Qatar has approved an e-invoicing law but has not announced dates. RealMake keeps invoice data structured, so connecting to the required format later is simpler.

Does Symake have an office in Qatar?

No. Symake works from Bengaluru. Consultants travel to Qatar for workshops, training and go-live, and support is given remotely.

Can branches go live at different times?

Yes, and we usually recommend it. Head office and one pilot branch go first, then the other branches follow in waves so each team gets proper training.
