Built for real estate in Doha
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) regulates brokers in Qatar, so RealMake keeps agent licence numbers and expiry dates. The list of ten designated areas where non-Qataris may own was updated in June 2026, and the unit filter can be adjusted whenever that list changes. Qatar has no VAT law in force yet, so invoices are issued without it, and the VAT setting stays off until Qatar introduces the tax. An e-invoicing law has been approved but dates are not set, and invoice data is kept in a structured form for when they are.
