Open the partner page on odoo.com, choose India and search for Symake. The listing shows our name and location. After you sign, you can also ask Odoo's own team which partner is attached to your subscription.

What happens when we find a bug in standard Odoo?

Our consultant reproduces it on a clean database. If the fault is in Odoo's code, we raise it with Odoo through the partner route and track it. If a fix will take time, we agree a short workaround with you in writing.

Will you customize Odoo heavily for our sister companies?

Not by default. Odoo's multi-company setup handles separate books, shared contacts and inter-company entries as standard. We write custom code only for gaps left after that, because every custom module adds cost to each future upgrade.
