Can we visit Symake's office before signing?

Yes. Our head office is in Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, and you are welcome to meet the consultant and support owner who would run your project. Groups from Mysuru or Tumakuru often combine the visit with a design workshop.

How soon after a new Odoo release should we upgrade?

Usually not in the first months. We test each release on our own databases, watch for early fixes from Odoo and then advise you. Groups with little custom code can move sooner and at lower cost.

Our firm bills customers in Goa and Telangana. Will Odoo handle that?

Yes. Odoo's Indian localization applies IGST when the place of supply is outside Karnataka, and e-way bills can be generated from the invoice. We test these flows with your real customers before go-live.

What does it mean that bugs go to Odoo directly?

As a listed partner we can open tickets with Odoo's support team for faults in standard code. Odoo then fixes the issue at source, which reaches every client on that version and avoids local patches that break on upgrade.

Is Studio enough, or do we need custom modules?

Yes. User groups, record rules and multi-company settings let each branch see only its own data while head office sees everything. We write these rules down and test them with branch users.

Who holds the Odoo subscription contract?

The subscription is in your company's name. Symake places the order as your partner, so Odoo knows who supports you. If you ever change partners, the subscription and your data stay with you.

Do you work outside Bengaluru?
