Yes. Odoo supports several companies in one database, each with its own GSTIN, books and documents. Owners can switch between them or see both together, and stock transfers between states carry the correct IGST.

How do we know a Hyderabad firm is really listed with Odoo?

Search the partner directory on odoo.com and look for the firm's name and references. Ask for the subscription to be issued from Odoo in your company's name. If a firm cannot do both, treat its claim with caution.
