The authority's e-invoicing programme, Fawtara, is being phased in: a phase 1 pilot was planned from August 2026 for around 100 of the largest taxpayers, with phase 2 indicated for early 2027 and phase 3 for mid to late 2027. Can one Muscat head office run two plants?

Yes. Each plant has its own warehouses and work centres, and the head office sees both. If they are separate companies, each keeps its own ledger and VAT registration.

What hours does remote support cover?

Support hours overlap the Omani working week, since India's working day covers most of it. Urgent issues are logged and picked up by the team in Bengaluru.

Do we need to replace our machines or add sensors?

No. Operators record production on tablets or terminals near their work centre. Machine integration is optional and can be considered later.
