One retail stack for Madinah
Madinah retailers pay VAT at 15% to ZATCA. FATOORA phase 2 requires UBL XML invoices with a cryptographic stamp and QR code, real-time clearance of B2B invoices and reporting of simplified B2C invoices within 24 hours. Online orders produce simplified invoices too, so the web shop has to follow the same rules as the counter. Wave 25 includes businesses with VAT-subject revenue above SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, and its integration deadline is 1 February 2027. Symake sets up both channels so that invoices and receipts carry the Arabic fields ZATCA requires.
